Included in the information pack, is a request form for an initial visit from one of the Adoption Team, or you can request this online at the same time as you complete our online application. Once we receive this, a social worker will contact you to arrange to visit you at home. We commit to contacting those people who have requested an initial visit within 5 days of the request.  This visit allows us to meet you and your family and to address more personal questions that you may have.  Following the visit we will tell you whether we think that you are suitable to move forward to the next stage.
