Partners in Adoption is a consortium of three local authorities, Thurrock, Southend and Havering working together to provide adoption services. All children deserve to grow up as part of a loving family who can help them flourish during childhood and beyond. For children who cannot be cared for by their birth parents, adoption may be the best option.
